KAWAXX TERMS OF SALE — version of 1 October 2026 1. Pieces and availability The features, size, material, model and colour are shown on each product page and in the basket summary. The bucket hats are one size, in crocheted cotton, as described on the model's product page. Variations resulting from their handmade production do not remove statutory guarantees. Sales are limited to available colours and quantities. Personalisation is coming soon and is not offered at this launch. 3. Prices and delivery Prices are in euros, including tax. The exact total is shown before payment. Bucket hats are €119 each including tax, or €238 for two bucket hats without personalisation. Delivery in France is free for the launch. No extra delivery charge will be requested for an order already paid for without the customer's prior agreement. Free delivery in France for the launch. Enter your address on the secure Stripe page. The seller remains responsible for delivery until the goods are handed over to the customer. In the event of a delay, the customer may request delivery within a reasonable additional period, then terminate the contract under the applicable law. Refusal to deliver or failure to meet an essential delivery date allows immediate termination in the circumstances provided by law. Amounts due following termination are refunded within 14 days. 4. Orders and payment The customer selects their pieces, checks their basket and total, accepts these terms, then enters their address and pays through Stripe Checkout. No customer account is required. The order is confirmed after payment has been verified, with a confirmation email and private order tracking at kawaxx.com/en/commande. An interrupted payment does not constitute a paid order. KAWAXX does not store card numbers. 5. Withdrawal and returns For bucket hats without personalisation, you have 14 days from the day after receipt to notify us that you wish to withdraw, without giving a reason or requesting prior approval. If several items are delivered separately, the period begins on receipt of the last item. Email arsene@ntechparis.com or use order tracking at kawaxx.com/en/commande. The seller covers costs related to a lack of conformity. You may try the product as you would in a shop; only handling beyond what is necessary may result in a deduction for diminished value under the law. Your refund includes the price of the items and any original standard delivery costs, using the original payment method, within 14 days of your notification. It may be withheld until the items are received or proof of dispatch is provided. The statutory guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects continue to apply. 6. Statutory guarantees The seller is responsible for a lack of conformity that appears within two years of delivery. The customer may request repair or replacement under the conditions provided by law, free of charge and within a maximum of 30 days of their request. Rules extending the guarantee following repair or replacement, and the circumstances allowing a price reduction or termination, continue to apply. The guarantee against hidden defects allows a claim within two years of discovering the defect, under the French Civil Code. Contact the seller to exercise these rights. 7. Complaints, mediation and data Send complaints to the seller's contact address above. After a prior complaint remains unresolved, you have the right to use consumer mediation free of charge; the seller must provide the mediator's contact details. Mandatory consumer protection rules and statutory remedies continue to apply. The site's privacy policy describes the processing necessary for payment, delivery and order tracking.
