Data used during your visit
Your basket is saved in this browser. A session cookie gives you access to your order tracking. These features do not require analytics to be enabled.
Orders and payment
Order, contact and delivery information is used to process your purchase and requests. Payment takes place on Stripe’s secure page; KAWAXX does not store your card number. Data is stored in our Supabase database and processed by our hosting provider, Vercel.
The Circle and basket reminders
The newsletter requires your consent. Basket reminders are a separate choice, limited to two emails within seven days. Each relevant email includes an unsubscribe option. Emails are delivered by Resend once the service is enabled.
Analytics
Google Analytics loads only after your consent. You can accept, decline or change this choice through “Cookies” at the bottom of the page. We do not send email addresses, postal addresses or personalisation text to Analytics.
Retention and rights
Your cookie choice is saved for six months. Basket recovery links expire after seven days. Order data is retained under the obligations applicable to sales and accounting. You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, subject to those obligations.
