For bucket hats without personalisation, you have 14 days from the day after receipt to notify us that you wish to withdraw, without giving a reason or requesting prior approval. It may be withheld until the items are received or proof of dispatch is provided. The statutory guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects continue to apply.
